A rock people of sorts are the gorons. Brown and angular in body with grey/brown tufts of hair on some (while some are bald). They enjoy rocks and it should be noted Green Rocks help you grow. They don't wear clothing of any kind and some spot odd tatoo's.

They are a kind people and dwell in caves (most notably Death Mountain). Goron Alternates are alive in Talmina also. They despise evil and enjoy sports and rolling. Their good crafts people and enjoy the heat of Death Mountain. During the First Age of Link their leader was Darunia who took Link as a brother and even named his son Link.

The downfall of the Goron's is indeed a mystery. In the first age their quite prominant, their is some notes of them in the second age however by the third age they have completely disappeared without a trace. What happened to this caring race? Who was responsible? Did they just fade like all things must?

I'm afraid we don't really have any answers but we hope nintendo tell us some soon!
